Back home in Vermont, it is currently - 20 Celsius. I'm writing this from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, where I am happy to report it's a comfortable 26 Celsius. Last time I was here, I spent the day snorkelling and lying on the beach with my lovely daughter Poppy, sadly today I am all alone. Having said that, I actually have a friend "Magic Brian" who is also performing on the ship, however his show is tonight, and therefore he is doing his tech rehearsal whilst I lounge around on the island. It was my show last night and Brian took a whole bunch of photographs, they are very good, so I thought I would share some of them with you all.

It was very rough last night, and the balance on the left was actually the second attempt, as the previous stack had been knocked out when a big wave smashed into the side of the ship. If you look closely, you can see the water on my trousers!

On the right, we can clearly see that someone has stolen Kevin's (the man in green) dingaling, poor Kevin!

Here I am on the rope. I am pretty sure some of these volunteers are not pulling their weight. Thankfully enough did.

Ouch! My face says it all.

And here I am on the tall unicycle. It was genuinely hard to stay on in last night's conditions, but somehow I did, and in both shows. I was very glad of the assistance of Pavla the stagehand, who did an excellent job of cleaning up the water quickly and efficiently after the collapse of the cigar box stack, he is from Montenegro and I think the first person I have ever met from there. He tells me it's beautiful, but very quiet. I hope to go there myself one day and find out.

So thank you Magic Brian Photography for these shots.

Tonight as I mentioned earlier is Magic Brian's show. It's Sunday and a lot of the United States guests will be watching the American football, fortunately there are lots of Canadians onboard, so hopefully his 7 pm show will have a decent crowd. I will be there, and I am looking forward to it. It starts in 30 minutes, but as my cabin is next door to the theatre, I really don't need to rush. Tomorrow we will be in St Maarten, and we both have the day off, I wonder what adventures we can find?
